The Program:
A better way to keep YOUR name in front of your customers. To provide a consistent and timely newsletter to generate more interest and awareness of your business. To take the burden off you, the business owner, so that you can stop fretting about this and put your energies elsewhere.
Included:
- A custom-designed newsletter that includes YOUR logo, contact information, your content, your photos. I will design a newsletter using your logo and coordinating colors. You can even choose the font if you would like.
- Monthly preparation of your newsletter during the third week of the month. Submitted to you for final approval. Emailed to your customer database through Constant Contact system or supplied to you for your direct emailing during the last week of the month. Great timing to advise your customers of the next month’s events, specials, new items, etc.
- No limit to the number of customers you can reach. No postage costs.
- You will receive a reminder each month to submit your content and pics.
Costs:
- Initial set up fee of $65 - includes the original design work and set-up of your custom newsletter. This includes two major changes. Any changes after that will be charged an hourly fee (minimum $10)
Program Options:
A. Three Month Starter Program - $25/month
B. Six Month Intermediate Program - $25/month
And you receive one free mailing after your sixth month
C. One Year “I Mean Business” Program - $22.50/month
And you receive two free mailings - one after six months and one after
12 months.
- Additional special newsletters can be ordered for special events, etc. based upon availability in our schedule. Cost - $25 each
- Payments will be collected via subscription method through Pay Pal - you don’t have to remember.
What YOU need to do:
Supply the content. I will check for grammar and spelling.
Supply the photos in hi resolution - full-size.
