Almost all of my products are personalized with your business "brand", therefore I appreciate you understanding the process it takes to get your order completed without hindering quality or customer satisfaction.
When you place your order for products that require a sample of your website graphics, I ask that you please forward your banner and/or logo to me via email so that I may get started branding your business. Once I receive a copy of your graphics (can be .jpg, .gif, .png, or .pdf files), I will work up a sample for you to take a look at. Once satisfied (please, no more than 3 changes), we'll get to work producing your items.
Please allow 7-10 business days to process your order. If you are ordering a Business in THE Bag, please allow 14 business days. I will keep in contact with you during production and you will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your items have been shipped.
Logos and small ad design are subject to 3 changes only please. I don't anticipate this happening, but a $5.00 charge will be billed per change after the initial 3. Open communication is a must, please email me if you would like a small change.
Once items have been bought and paid for, and they have shipped out, they are non-returnable/non-refundable. Purchases are final. The ONLY exception is: if you are not completely satisfied once the final artwork has been shown to you (before production is started), and you do not want anymore changes, you will be refunded 50% of your monies paid. Thank you for understanding this sensitive matter.
