Most of our products are personalized with your business "brand", therefore we appreciate you understanding the process it takes to get your order completed without effecting quality or customer satisfaction.
When you place your order for products that require a sample of your website graphics, I ask that you please forward your banner and/or logo to me via email so that I may get started branding your business. Once I receive a copy of your graphics (can be .jpg, .gif, .png, or .pdf files), I will work up a sample for you to take a look at. Once satisfied (please, no more than 3 changes), we'll get to work producing your items.
Please allow 7-10 business days to process your order. If you are ordering a Business in THE Bag, please allow 14 business days. I will keep in contact with you during production and you will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your items have been shipped.
Logos and small ad design are subject to 3 changes only please. I don't anticipate this happening, but a $5.00 charge will be billed per change after the initial 3. Open communication is a must, please email me if you would like a small change.
Due to the custom nature of our products, purchases are final. I want you to be completely satisified with your purchases here at Business in THE Bag. I will work diligently to make your business brand stand out and be noticed.
